A Support Worker is required for Wednesday evenings with possible sleepovers to support a lovely 23 year old young man who has several disabilities including autism and swallowing issues.
The hours are from 3.30-4 pm till 11 pm ( and possible sleepover) on Wednesdays.
Duties are : to collect him from the Dalewood Charitable Trust in Whitby, bring him home, meal preparation and to look after him.
A full, clean driving licence and access to a car is essential for this position.
The rate of pay is £11.00
A DBS would be required for this position.
