A Personal Support Assistant/Companion is required for 6 hours on Fridays to support a gentleman with On-Set Dementia with his hobbies and interests.
The 6 hours on a Friday are fairly flexible, but preferably 9 am till 3 pm.
This is to accompany the gentleman to a Military Veterans Breakfast club, go on walks, cycling and when the weather is poor to go to the cinema or swimming (where he needs support to organise his clothes) .
The rate of pay is £13.25 per hour with paid annual holiday (pro-rata)
A DBS will be required (paid by local authority)
