A Female Personal Care Assistant is required for 12 hours per week to support a 27-year-old lady who has Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, learning difficulties and PDA (Pathological demand avoidance).
The 12 hours are to be split into 2 x 6-hour shifts, 11 am till 5 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
The role requires taking the lady out, supporting her with cooking/baking and meal preparation.
The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour.
