We are looking for a Support Assistant to safeguard a 30 year old lady for 4 hours per week to allow her mum some respite time to go shopping etc.
The 4 hours can be on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon to be negotiated at interview level.
The lady has several health issues such as: ME/CFS, ADHD, Autistic and Vasovagal Syncope and at the moment she is bedridden. This requires someone to sit at her bedside to ensure she does not fall out of bed and making sure of her safety at all times, there is no care required she just needs peace and quiet with little interaction at present.
The rate of pay is £13.25 per hour
It is advisable that the assistant has access to a vehicle due to the remote area (Glaisdale, Near Whitby)
A DBS is required for this position
