Female Personal Assistant required to work within a team looking after a disabled young lady with complex needs, along with skills listed and her everyday care.
The young lady enjoys having beauty treatments, watching football, listening to music, pod casts etc. as her disability makes audible and visual activities very beneficial for her.
No previous experience needed as full training is provided. there is a three month trial period in which all training and shadowing will be done.
Successful applicants must be friendly, outgoing able to work with an existing team of lovely ladies.
They must also have a full U.K. driving licence and access to a car as we do not have a regular public transport system
They successful applicant will be required to work every other weekend as part of their shift pattern. The shifts are 12.5 hours and are a day and night shift, which are not fixed days, they must also be able to work overtime covering holidays etc. when required.
The position is 25 hours
2 shifts of 12.5 hours, alternate weekends
100 hours a month (28-day month we work on) 13 pay periods in a year
The P.A.’s job is paid on a 28-day rota.
Annual holidays 140 Hours per annum.
Rate of pay £14.70 per hour
