A Personal Care Assistant is required for 15 hours per week to help a gentleman with his morning routine. The gentleman lives with his wife who also helps care for him but has some health issues of her own.
The hours are for weekday mornings start time: 8.30-9 am for 1.5 – 2 hours and then some flexible afternoon or evening support (to be arranged)
The gentleman has mobility issues so requires assistance getting out of bed in the morning, washed, personal care and dressed. Some hours maybe for meal preparation, helping him into bed etc. He also has an oxygen tank so experience in monitoring his oxygen levels would be an advantage, although training can be obtained. He requires help with his medication.
The rate of pay is £13.79 per hour.
A DBS is required for this position.

Experience:
