A Child Support Assistant is required to support a 7 year old non verbal, autistic boy for a minimum of 16 hours per week. The hours are to be both daytime and waking night hours, with extra hours to cover holidays and sickness.
The days/times to be arranged at interview level.
The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.
The young boy is very content, he loves to be tickled and massaged, he enjoys spending time at the amusements, loves music and dancing and having cuddles. The ideal candidate must be kind, patient and happy to fit in within the family environment. He is fed through a feeding tube and requires a non invasive ventilator at night time (where training can be given)
The successful applicant must have a clean UK driving licence, access to a car and a current DBS.
