A Child Personal Support Assistant is required to support a young boy in his home and to take him out to places of interests for an average of 4-6 hours per week in term time and extra hours in the school holidays.
The hours are:
4 hours per week for the 39 weeks of term-time for support at home (dinner & bath-time)
6 extra hours per week per fortnight + 20 miles petrol allowance
2 x 6 hours for 13 weeks in school holidays + 40 miles petrol allowance
Rate of Pay is £12.10 + mileage allowance of 45p per mile (not including mileage to and from work)
Duties to include: Days out to Parks, soft play, farms and swimming, on a 1:1 and part of organised family days out, full personal care, emotional support, support at home including
Experience with all aspects of child support, own transport and an enhanced DBS is essential for this position.
